HOME.BODY.STEWARDSHIP.

HOME.BODY.STEWARDSHIP.

HomeBody Stewardship offers nature-connection education and modern survival skills to empower future generations to protect their homelands and descendants with reverence, care, and wisdom.

HOME.

Home is where you build it. Can you build it anywhere? How can we build our home in good relationship with neighbors, policy, community, and future generations?

BODY.

A teacher instilled in me long ago that “The body is the gift.” If you are reading this, you have conscious sovereignty that, if realized positively and fully, is a powerful force for care and connection. How does your sovereign self relate to “the bigger body” of your neighborhood, city, or planet?

STEWARDSHIP.

What does it mean to tend to something well? It means it flourishes. It not only survives, but it thrives. Despite polarizing politics, we know what ecological degradation looks like - and we know what restoration looks like. If enough neighboring ecosystems work together, we’ll continue to practice depending on each other - which is actually the greatest freedom of all.

9am-3:30pm in Duvall, WA

As the newest Co-Mentor of Wilding Education, and recent graduate of the Youth Apprenticeship and Naturalist Immersion course at Wilderness Awareness School, I am following my dream of creating a multigenerational scout program. I’m beginning with single workshops and perhaps offering longer programs in the future. If this is something you’re interested in, join us this month and help us test the waters!

On Saturday, November 18th, we’re launching our first ever family program day in Duvall, WA. Entire families, parent/child combos, and family relations are all welcome to attend a one-day survival skills class on our homestead, Lilium.

We are excited to offer nature connection for all ages and to see families share the language of respect for beauty and the natural world, sensory awareness skills, and learning together in a way that deepens the lessons after the workshop is over!

Protect Local Food Economies

The Foundations of my Stewardship Philosophy are these:
1. I am already home.
2. My rent on this earth is to tend my home well. (Body, Family, Shelter, Community, etc.)
3. If I don’t know how, I can learn.
